      How can I determine that a voice supports the STS (Speech-to-Speech)?

      1. Go to voices in the top bar. 
      2. Select the project you are working in. 
      3. Select the drop down on the voice and check for Speech-to-Speech: Ready

      This will indicate if your voice is supported with STS.
