Our Rapid Voice Cloning feature enables you to quickly and easily create a custom AI voice in just about a minute. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for using the Rapid Voice Cloning feature, from preparing your audio sample to deploying your new voice clone.
Step 1: Preparing Your Audio Sample
Before you begin, choose your method for providing an audio sample:
- Pre-recorded Audio: If you already have a recording, it should be a clear, single-speaker voice sample that is less than 1 minute in length (as short as 10 seconds) in WAV, MP3, or AAC format.
- Web Recording: If you don't have a recording, you can use the web recording feature in Step 3, which includes reading provided consent scripts.
Step 2: Accessing the Rapid Voice Cloning Tool
- Sign into Resemble app (https://app.resemble.ai) with your account.
- Go to the "Voices" tab and select "Create Custom AI Voice."
- Assign a name to your custom AI voice.
- Opt for the "Rapid Voice Clone" feature.
Step 3: Providing Your Audio Sample
- Upload an Audio File: If using a pre-recorded sample, click "Upload an audio sample" and choose your audio file.
- Record an Audio Sample: To record a new sample, select "Record an audio sample" and follow the on-screen prompts, which will include the consent script.
Step 4: Completing Consent Verification
- For Uploaded Audio Files: In addition to your voice sample, you need to upload a separate file containing a verbal consent statement from the speaker. This confirms the speaker authorizes the use of their voice for cloning purposes.
- For Recorded Audio Samples: If you opted to record using the provided prompts, consent is already embedded in the process, and no separate consent file is necessary.
Step 5: Generating Your Voice Clone
After submitting your audio sample and the consent file (if required), our system will create your Rapid Voice Clone. This process typically completes in about a minute.
Step 6: Implementing Your Rapid Voice Clone
Your voice clone is now available:
- Web UI: Access and employ your new voice clone via our Web UI for instant audio generation.
- API: Integrate your clone with other services using our API for broader application.
